1)  Installation:

The standard GlideHair unit consists of the main unit with stylers, holder & keys.

The unit is designed for installation on all types of walls and will allow for the electrical supply to enter either at the bottom of the unit or the rear of the unit.

The sequence of installation is as follows:

Open the unit and remove the doorUnplug and remove the styler assembly.Position the unit where desired on the wall and mark the location of the 4 fixings.Remove the existing cable and plug (if fitted).Bring the power supply cable in either from the rear of the unit (drill a hole in the backing plate to allow the cable to pass through) or from the bottom edge of the unit where a cable entry holes is provided.Connect the supply cable to the connector block. Pass the cable through the cable clamp and securely tighten so that the supply cable is firmly gripped by the clamp.Fix the unit to the wall with the recommended fixings for the type of wall.Plug in and refit the styler assembly.Ensure that the supply cable to the unit is covered by securely fixed conduit.Refit and lock the door (Fig 6).Test the unit by inserting a coin.The Glidehair unit is now ready for use!
